This is a list of suggestions and common foods we prepare. We have a fulltime Camp Chef and Kitchen Staff ready to serve you, so tell us what you would like to have and we will make it!
  

We also can supply a full menu of Mediterranean Dishes: Grape leaves, Kibbee, meat pies or spinach pies, Babba ganooge, Grilled skewers, rice dishes etc.

We do not do raw meat dishes due to liability issues.

We can tell you how to make them and supply needed ingredients except for the meat.

Prices are subject to change and may fluctuate due to current market prices.

Royale Cheesecakes
These have very elaborate toppings and fillings
Peanut butter chocolate (like Reece's), pumpkin, turtle and chocolate raspberry
Crusts are Vanilla wafers with almonds and chocolate or pecan shortbread cookies

Cream puffs
with Bavarian cream, French cream, chocolate French cream with cherry brandy -iced or plain with chocolate

Black Forrest
(the real deal not like the frozen), Pineapple Upside-down Cake or any iced cake flavor, Date nut cake with burnt sugar coconut pecan icing

in vanilla, lemon or Pistachio flavors -although plain, it is a favorite
